  • 1.5.2 Impersonating an admin is forbidden.
  • 1.5.3 Penalties may be disputed only outside the in-game chat (in the Telegram group, «Complaints» section).
1.6

⚖️ Penalties

The staff may apply penalties depending on the nature and severity of the violation. Penalty stages escalate:

1Warning
2Kick
3Mute
4Temporary ban
5Permanent ban

Especially serious violations

  • Cheats — permanent ban.
  • Bug abuse / textures — ban (duration depends on severity). An admin may pull a player off an unreachable texture via amxmodmenu or grab.
1.7

📢 Additional

  • 1.7.1 The head staff reserves the right to change the rules.
  • 1.7.2 In disputed situations the final decision rests with the head staff.
Chapter 2 · Code of conduct for VIP and ADMIN
👑 By receiving privileges (VIP or ADMIN) you automatically agree to all project rules. Privileged players are the face of the server, and they are held to twice the standard.
2.1

📌 General terms and role separation

  • 2.1.1 VIP players must follow the rules like everyone else. VIPs have no moderation powers and cannot demand penalties for other players.
  • 2.1.2 ADMIN staff must use their powers solely to maintain order — not for entertainment or personal gain.
  • 2.1.3 Be reasonable. Arrogance, insults and provocation based on status are forbidden. Communication must stay civil.
  • 2.1.4 Condition. Playing or administering the server while intoxicated by alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden.
2.2

⚖️ Admin duties

  • 2.2.1 Respond to reports. An admin must respond to requests to check a suspect. If busy, they must say so.
  • 2.2.2 Evidence required. Banning on mere «suspicion» (WH, Aim, SH) is forbidden. The admin must go into Spectator and gather proof.
  • 2.2.3 Explain the reason. An admin must be able to clearly explain the reason for a penalty.
  • 2.2.4 Appeals. If a player files an unban request with a demo, the admin who issued the ban must review it as soon as possible.
  • 2.2.5 Be active. Stay active in the project Telegram/Discord and help newcomers with the rules and mechanics.
2.3

🚫 Strict bans

⚠️ Punished by removal of privileges!

  • 2.3.1 Sharing credentials. Sharing the password or privilege access with third parties is strictly forbidden.
  • 2.3.2 Leaking information. Publishing internal admin information (reports, demos, screenshots from other admins) is forbidden.
  • 2.3.3 Cheats. Using cheats or bugs (even «just for testing») — instant removal of privileges plus a permanent ban.
  • 2.3.4 Favoritism. Covering up friends' violations is forbidden.
  • 2.3.5 Personal grudges. Banning or kicking players over personal conflicts is forbidden.
  • 2.3.6 Overriding others. Lifting bans or mutes issued by another admin is strictly forbidden.
  • 2.3.7 Command abuse. Using admin tools for fun, trolling or gaining an advantage is forbidden.
2.4

🧟‍♂️ Gameplay

  • 2.4.1 No teaming. Any alliance between a human and a zombie is strictly forbidden.
  • 2.4.2 No throwing. Deliberately throwing the game (willingly giving yourself to zombies) is forbidden.
  • 2.4.3 Spectator limit. VIP and ADMIN must not occupy more than 2 slots in Spectator mode.
  • 2.4.4 An admin may use Devil or Survivor only once per map. If any admin has already granted Devil or Survivor on this map, granting it again is forbidden.
  • 2.4.5 Making yourself or anyone else a Devil / Survivor is forbidden if:
    — It is the first round on the map.
    — The infection countdown has not reached the 5-second mark.
    — The infection has already started.
  • 2.4.6 Staff may not respawn themselves or other players during special rounds such as «Pile on Pile» and «Epidemic».
  • 2.4.7 Staff may not respawn themselves or other players during the special «Boss» event.
  • 2.4.8 Staff may not start the special rounds «Survivor», «Nemesis», «Pile on Pile» and «Epidemic» unless 3 rounds have passed since the last special round.
2.5

🛠 Penalty order

Any violations (music over the mic, misbehavior, shouting) are handled by this sequence:

  • 2.5.1 Warning — spoken or in chat.
  • 2.5.2 Mute — if the player ignores the warning.
  • 2.5.3 Ban — repeat offenses, severe insults, malicious violations.

An admin is forbidden to get into verbal fights. Stay cool: use Mute or Ban.

2.6

🔴 Penalty system for VIP and ADMIN

When these rules are broken, sanctions are applied to privileged players:

  • 2.6.1 Warning.
  • 2.6.2 Temporary loss of privileges (from 3 days to 1 month).
  • 2.6.3 Full removal of privileges with no restoration and no refund.
Chapter 3 · Map-change rules (for admins)
3.1

🚫 No arbitrary changes

  • 3.1.1 Changing the map on a personal whim or a «buddy's request» is forbidden.
  • 3.1.2 Grounds for a change: lag or a request from 70% of players.
3.2

📊 The vote is law

  • 3.2.1 First start a poll: amx_vote "Smena kartu?" "Da" "Net".
  • 3.2.2 If the majority votes «Yes», run amx_votemap (at least 3 maps to choose from). Do not force a single map.
3.3

⏳ The 15-minute rule

  • 3.3.1 The minimum interval between changes is 15 minutes.
  • 3.3.2 Let players enjoy the map and earn ammo packs.
3.4

🛑 Finish the round

  • 3.4.1 Changing the map in the heat of battle is strictly forbidden.
  • 3.4.2 Especially — during a special round (Nemesis, Survivor, etc.). Wait for the «Humans / Zombies win» message.
